          • 3 tablespoons margarine
          • 1/3 cup sugar
          • 1 egg
          • 3/4 cup flour

          • 3 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
          • 3/4 cup sugar
          • 3 tablespoons flour
          • 3 eggs
          • 1 (16-oz.) can peach halves, drained and pureed
          • 1/4 cup almond-flavor liqueur

          1. Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy and light.
          2. Blend in egg.
          3. Add flour; mix well.
          4. Spread dough into bottom of 9‑inch springform pan.
          5. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

          1. Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended well.
          2. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
          3. Add peaches and liqueur; mix well. Pour over crust.
          4. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250°; continue baking for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
          5. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.
          6. Garnish with toasted almond slices and additional peach slices.
