When going on a picnic, cover the picnic table with a cloth that can be quickly tossed in the washing machine when you get home. A plastic table cloth or colorful bed sheet works great!

Commonly used as a dipping sauce for meat and chicken skewers, this Asian peanut sauce is also delicious for many other dishes, from spring rolls to grilled meats. Delicious both warm and at room temperature. Sauce may be refrigerated for up to one week.
