          Instead of handling each potato to butter or oil its skin when baking a lot of them, line up potatoes on paper towels and spray them with vegetable-oil spray.

          • 1 cup quick oats
          • 1/4 cup powdered milk
          • 1/3 cup raisins
          • 1/3 cup mixed nuts (e.g., chopped walnuts and sliced almonds)
          • (a dash of shelled sunflower seeds are good)
          • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

          1. Mix ingredients well in a bowl, and pour into a zip-type bag.
          2. When ready to eat breakfast, dump contents of the bag into a pot, and add 2 cups of boiling water.
          3. Let sit for two minutes, then serve.
