If you marinate meat, poultry, or fish and wish to use the remaining marinade as a sauce, make sure it is cooked through and heated to a boil before serving to kill any harmful bacteria from the raw meat, poultry, or fish.

- 4 10‑inch flour tortillas
- 1 (8-oz.) carton of onion and chive cream cheese spread
- 1 cup shredded carrots

- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 pound sliced cooked roast beef
- lettuce

[edit] Directions
- Spread one side of each tortilla with cream cheese, then top with carrots and cheese.
- Layer with roast beef and lettuce.
- Roll wraps tightly, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Unwrap and cut in half, or smaller.
