          If you marinate meat, poultry, or fish and wish to use the remaining marinade as a sauce, make sure it is cooked through and heated to a boil before serving to kill any harmful bacteria from the raw meat, poultry, or fish.

          [edit] Ingredients

          • 4 10‑inch flour tortillas
          • 1 (8-oz.) carton of onion and chive cream cheese spread
          • 1 cup shredded carrots
          • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
          • 1 pound sliced cooked roast beef
          • lettuce

          [edit] Directions

          1. Spread one side of each tortilla with cream cheese, then top with carrots and cheese.
          2. Layer with roast beef and lettuce.
          3. Roll wraps tightly, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
          4. Unwrap and cut in half, or smaller.
